I love the holiday season. We're already gearing up for Halloween.

We have a little pumpkin family outside our door . . .

. . . and last night I made a little treasure hunt for our home evening activity. My dad makes treasure hunt clues with fun poems and riddles, but I kept it simple this time--just sticky notes telling Joy where to go for the next clue.

Soon enough she found the treasure in the diaper bag.

There was a holiday outfit for each of the kids.

Joy was so excited that she put her shirt on right away (it matched her shorts ;). She even wore it to bed tonight. Guess I picked a winner.
