Mother/Daughter's Day

We went out to my parents' home today. It's Mother's Day, but most of the attention still centered on Little Girl, as usual. Come to think of it, it's been that way since before she was born--it was on Mother's Day that we informed our moms they would soon be grandmas.

Here's Joy strolling with Grandpa after going up and down the steps and stomping on the drain covers a few times.

Three generations of ladies in red. I was clapping to get Joy to smile; apparently it worked.

Don't worry, Daddy was at the grandparents' house, too. Joy was smiling because she was looking at him.

He comes on walks to the park, too, when he can.
