In the spirit of inclusion, Joy decided to play hide and seek with her stuffed bear this week.
Here she is counting to ten in our kitchen while the bear "hides." Joy actually remembers to include 7 in her counting about half the time these days (she used to just count . . . 5, 6, 8, 9, . . .).
Here's Yellow Bear's clever hiding place. I guess he thought the pool ring had some sort of cloaking device.
I love it, Kim! Joy does normal things that other children would do, but when you post them on your blog, your comments make them absolutely the funniest thing EVER!! Thanks for sharing all of the wonderful Joy adventures!

About our blog
Before Joy, our first child, was born, we decided that since she'd be the first grandchild on both sides of the family, we'd better figure out some way that we could keep our families up to date with news and pictures. Thus, our family blog was born, and we've found it's a lot of fun to record our family's milestones and day-to-day silliness. Enjoy!

Well...did she find Yellow Bear?
Since she was the one who hid Yellow Bear, she had no trouble finding him. :)
