Joy the Life Coach

Here are some of Joy's tips for living a happier, healthier life:

1) Don't take yourself too seriously (sock puppets can be helpful for this)

2) Shower regularly

3) Do unto others as you would have done unto you.

4) Spend quality time with your family

5) Get plenty of exercise, and don't forget to have a little fun
