Joy likes putting clippies on her stuffed lion. The other day Phillip asked why we were putting clippies on a boy lion, and I responded that it might be a girl lion.
Phillip replied, "Girl lions don't have manes." Oh yeah.
I tried to not be bias in one of Rachel's coloring book that had a "parent" elephant and a baby so I said is that the mommy elephant with a baby or could be a daddy elephant with the baby. Mike said it's a mommy elephant, she doesn't tusk. That's right thank you smart husbands for reminding us to actually look for gender clues.

About our blog
Before Joy, our first child, was born, we decided that since she'd be the first grandchild on both sides of the family, we'd better figure out some way that we could keep our families up to date with news and pictures. Thus, our family blog was born, and we've found it's a lot of fun to record our family's milestones and day-to-day silliness. Enjoy!

I can't tell, who's house are you at for Father's day? It sure looks fun! I miss being with all of you.
