The kids decided that this was a nice day . . .
to relax with a good book.
Daniel opted to read The BFG, and it was fun to hear him chuckling every few minutes.
Also, Joy used paper, cardboard, string, and one of our table knives to build a working model of the human arm for extra credit in her science class.
Pretty nifty, huh?
