Flour Tower

Last night's Family Home Evening activity was . . . Flour Tower!!!

It's a simple game, really. You pack flour into a small glass, invert it onto a plate, place a coin on top, then take turns slicing the flour away until the coin falls.

The catch is that whoever is slicing when the coin falls has to fish it out with their teeth.

Yay! Daddy found the penny!

Mommy also got a chance... :) (PS by Daddy)

This looks like a fun game! I think we're going to be trying this next week. Kim, my mom passed along the link to your family blog some time back so I will go ahead and come clean and admit that i have been checking in for awhile. Can't resist the cute pictures of Joy! In fact, your blog (among others of my friends') is partially what inspired me to start my own. Just looks like too much fun I guess. Stop by and visit us sometime! rhinehartfamily.blogspot.com

cheers!

Oooh! I loved that game! Except, I always lost, come to think of it.

Maybe I didn't like it all that much after all.

(But you both look adorable with flour on your noses. ;))
