Sorry it's been a few days since our last post - we just got back from a weekend with the Sorensons up at Lake Arrowhead.
Joy hadn't seen Uncle Andrew in several months (he was doing an internship in Kenya), but she warmed up to him immediately when he offered her the car key.
She was also impressed by his phat wakeboarding skills.
Speaking of talent, Baby's favorite trick these days is to stick her tongue out the side of her mouth. Under Joy's careful tutelage, Aunt Heather has also acquired this skill.
Back at home, Joy has finally mastered the art of turning pages. When it's time to turn, we move the page an inch or so, and she has learned to reach out and turn it the rest of the way.
Sometimes I really am amazed at the things Joy is already figuring out.
