Daniel turns 12 this year, which means he can receive the Aaronic priesthood and begin serving as a deacon as soon as 2021 begins. He had his interview with our bishop a few days ago . . .
. . . then rang in the new year . . .
. . . by receiving the Aaronic priesthood from his dad. Daniel will need to get some instructions from his quorum president before he can pass the sacrament in church, but he can help Daddy with the sacrament at home as early as this weekend. We all think that's pretty cool.
Daniel, I'm so proud of you for living worthy to receive some of God's power and authority to serve His children! Stay worthy, and use that power well!
