Witch Hats
I signed up to bring a treat today, so I decided to try a fun recipe I recently saw for witch hat cookies.
You pipe a little frosting onto a cookie (I had some cream cheese frosting on hand, but I'm sure you could use any tube bought at a store) . . .
. . . then press a Hershey's Kiss onto the frosting . . .
